Good day Alvin. Thank you for providing a sample of this legal register, I hope this is not the actual register you are using for your management system. I used to be a OHSMS auditor and thus I have just one question you might want to ponder before asking me what I meant by this.
ReplyDeleteHave you ever wonder if you are indicating under the section column as "Whole section 20" and "all sections" Why bother to even have the "section" column in your template since you are indicating the whole regulation as one for compliance instead of section?
Let me share a advice I used to gave it to the Management Representative I certified. Understand why the form template is design the way it was designed and use it for the intended purpose. Thus, do not copy any form blindly without knowing how you suppose to use it (if not, it is just a whole lot of paperwork that prove to serve no purpose). Cheers
